Every AMAXY product is designed with heart and trust. It is created to the highest quality and highest standard. If you’re not in love with your purchase and want to return or exchange your purchase we'll ensure the whole process is as simple as possible.
Depending on your product (haircare products & hair tools) and its price you may be eligible for site credit, a refund, or a reshipment. We stand by our amaxy-branded products, and if you’re truly unsatisfied, please email our team at customerservice@amaxybeauty.com for your options.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide international returns due to the high-cost nature of international shipping and handling fees once an order has been shipped. If you’re inside the US please contact our team within 30 days of receiving your product.
HAIR CARE PRODUCTS
We believe in our Products and want you to have the best possible experience with AMAXY. Therefore, we provide a 30-day all products (excluding shipping) to receive a refund, or store credit if you are not satisfied with our Products. *Eligible return items include new/unopened and gently used items
Upon returning the Products to us at your own cost within 30 days of purchase, we will initiate the refund process. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure lost returns can be traced.
*Terms and Conditions:
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Orders cannot be processed beyond the 30-day window.
Items purchased outside of www.amaxybeauty.com are not eligible for a return, and you must contact the original store's customer service team for support.
Adverse reactions: please discard the product, consult your physician, and reach out to customerservice@amaxybeauty.com for help.
Damaged products: please send photos to customerservice@amaxybeauty.com for a credit or refund.
Return exclusions:
Partial kits or bundles are not eligible for a return; only complete sets.
Excessively used products are not eligible for return.
International orders are not eligible for a refund.
Gifts with purchase items are not eligible for returns.
Shipping Costs: Except as outlined in this policy, shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer. We recommend appropriately packaging Products and using a trackable, insured service for returns as we cannot be held liable for items damaged or lost during transit.
HAIR TOOLS (electrical and battery operated items)
For the first 30 days of your purchase you may return the hair tools for a full money back refund from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for all freight costs associated with this type of return. Returned equipment must be in original carton and in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
No return will be accepted, regardless of the reason except manufacture defects, on any product over 30 days from the date of the invoice. All electrical and battery operated items being returned for any warranty claim may be submitted within warranty period of the invoice date on the packing slip or invoice for repair or replacement of the defective product. Items that qualify for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.
BRUSHES
Brushes cannot be returned or exchange due to sanitary reasons.
HOW TO RETURN
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your return:
- Contact customerservice@amaxybeauty.com within 30 days to create a return ticket and noting reason for return. This will help you to provide us with the details that will make your return process as fast and simple as possible.

Re-pack the product(s) in its original packing with all warranty cards, instruction manual, accessories such as nozzles, silicone covers, and heat protective pad included. -
Send the package, with the original receipt or printed order confirmation email, to the address below. Any item sent to Amaxy without receipt of purchase will be returned to sender. Unless you have written authorization from Amaxy.

Additional terms and conditions
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- You are responsible for, and must prepay, all shipping charges. You also assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned product(s) while in transit back to Amaxy.

If you return a product to Amaxy
- without a return authorization number or
- without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase
- not in good condition (meaning broken or damaged)
Amaxy retains the right to either refuse acceptance of the return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.
