Q: Where can I purchase Amaxy® products?

Amaxy® products can be purchased from our e-store or directly from our partnered hair-stylists and sales representatives.

Q: How do I know my order went through?

When your order is placed, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent out. If you do not receive an e-mail please check your spam folder. If not please contact customer support.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

All orders are final due to the fast tempo of our warehouse.

Q: Why does my dryer smell?

All new dryers have a new motor smell, turn it on for 2~5 minutes and the smell will eventually disappear. If you have been using the dryer for a while now, twist off the back vent and take out the mesh, remove dust and hair and blow the vent cap with air. DO NOT WASH WITH WATER.
